Apart from the extended slide and barrel, the Bullseye is no different from the MAC 1911 Classic, featuring the same bull barrel, sights, serrations, checkering, controls and safeties. The next pistol is the MAC 1911 Bullseye, a 6-inch 1911 that’s appropriately named, as it’s clearly a target pistol. The grip has frontstrap checkering and includes a lowered and flared ejection port, a skeletonized hammer and trigger, an ambidextrous manual safety and an extended beavertail safety with a memory button. That isn’t to say it’s all in the top half. It features a match-grade bushingless, ramped bull barrel, fully-adjustable Bomar-style sights with a front fiber optic insert and front and rear slide serrations.
